Lily Truong,San Francisco, CAI was on a business trip in Houston for some meetings at the medical center and this apartment was perfect for the trip! Super convenient location with a shuttle to and from the Texas Medical Center. The Urban Corporate Housing associate was such a great host and responded immediately to any questions that came up! On top of that, the apartment has everything you need for the stay including towels, toothbrush/toothpaste, hairdryer, shampoo, etc. so need to bother packing those extra items. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m back for business in Houston!

Jim Gloer,Iowa City, IowaThis was my first experience with corporate housing in general, and it could not have been more positive. The bar for future experiences has been set very high!! I needed a place for a several-week visit to a lab at the med center--ideally my own place--and this was *perfect*--gated, very secure, quiet, and peaceful apt complex--occasional toots from the nearby train, but no place in the entire area would be immune from that. If you are thinking about an extended stay hotel, forget it--grab this if you can!! The price relative to such options was very reasonable--of course, that's a plus, too.... Walking from here was very easy--it was about a 15 min walk to my lab, about the same to a grocery store, and 10-min walk to rental car places for weekend trips. There is a train station within less than 5 min if the train goes where you need to go. The area is mostly residential (Apt complexes) and dotted with a lot of various medical center buildings (mostly UT Health and MD Anderson buildings). No restaurants particularly close-- a wad of them about a 15min walk away--but I was able to cook breakfast and dinner for myself easily. The apt itself was very comfortable, and fully/thoughtfully equipped for cooking your own meals, with all the necessary widgets, coffeemaker, pots, pans, dishes, towels, shampoo/rinse, dish soap, etc. etc. Cable TV (even had HBO...), wireless internet, washer and dryer (with detergent pods and fabric softener provided). Comfortable bed and furniture--tastefully decorated and clean---just as it looks in the pix. And--Urban Corporate Housing is an awesome host--so friendly and nice--we communicated multiple times before I reserved it--he was very responsive, and made me feel super welcome. I have complete confidence that he would take care of anything that might come up. I would come back to this place in a heartbeat, and if it was booked, I would see if there is anything else that he might have available!! Thank you, Urban Corporate Housing : )

I was impressed with Urban Corporate Housing, he was friendly and most efficient getting back to me within the hour of my email enquiries. This really made a difference. I would recommend this apartment as it has excellent facilities, near public transportation, the medical center, supermarkets and even a nature walk by the Bayou.
